Q: Where do you deliver?

A:  

Ashurst Wood, East Grinstead, Forest Row, Hartfield, Hayward’s Heath, Lewes, Newick, Uckfield and surrounding areas

If your postcode starts with any of the ones listed below you can place orders for delivery.

Tuesday :

Q: How do I place an order?

A: To search for a product use the search magnifying glass icon on the top right and start typing you only need a keyword, description or brand to see results

Unfortunately we can cannot add anything to your order, if you have forgotten something please place another order and let us know, we can pick and pack both orders together if placed within the ordering times. 

All orders need to be placed by 12 midday for next day delivery. You will receive an email notification with a delivery slot of approx 3 hours. If you would like to leave you order with a neighbour or somewhere safe please let us know in the notes section or message on your front door. 

Please ensure you select click and collect from either Forest Row or Lewes shop or delivery at the checkout

Q: When will I know my order is ready ?

A: You will receive an email notification of your collection/delivery times. We pick orders the evening before so you may not receive your email until 10pm.

Q: When is my order picked?

A: All orders are picked the night before collection or delivery, they are all picked in Forest Row. All bread is added fresh each morning. 

Q: Where do I collect my click and collect order?

A: Forest Row collections are made in the car park behind our shop, there is a gazebo and doorbell at the collection point, please ring the bell and a member of staff will bring your order to you. If you wish to stay in your car you can call the shop on 01342 824673 option 2 and we are more than happy to place your order in your boot. Lewes collections can be picked up from Foundry Lane opposite the shop, if you wish to avoid queuing customers you can call the shop on 01273 359 200 and you order will be brought out to you.

Q: What is your delivery procedure?

A: Deliveries are made by chiller van or bicycle in Forest Row and Lewes. To help the environment we reuse our boxes to pack your orders, our driver will sanitise their hands before each delivery and wear gloves, they will ring your door bell and take 2 steps back.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question regarding my order?

A: All orders are picked in our Forest Row shop, you email forestrow@pages.seasonswholefoods.co.uk or call us on 01342 824673 option 2.

Q: Can I order zero waste products?

A: Unfortunately we cannot offer refills or zero waste products yet but it is something we are looking at for the future.

Q: How do I know if you received my order?

A: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order along with a 4 digit order number.

Q: When will my order be ready?

A: Any order placed before 12 midday Monday – Friday will be ready next day, deliveries are made twice a week, the delivery days depend on your postcode.

Q: Do you offer NHS discounts?

A: Yes we offer a 10% discount for NHS staff and Carers – To qualify for the discount you will need to create an account, email a picture of both sides of your NHS or Carers card to forestrow@pages.seasonswholefoods.co.uk for us to verify. We will then email you a code to use each time at the checkout.
